I would put this one to TomTom via their website. Look for support.
When my Go 300 lost its voice intermittently recently, I was invited to run
a couple of tests to confirm the fault wasnt simply due to an incorrect
software setting. I was then sent a mailer and box to return the unit
using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The unit was returned fully operational
within 4 days (yes only 4). There was no charge for postage either way, or
for the repair, despite the fact that the unit was a month out of the 2-year
warranty. In addition there is a 6-month warranty on the repaired unit.
Traveller
The cover invoice suggested the main board had been replaced so far as I
recall
