GPS FORUM

I have installed the beta version of tomtom HOME. This was to a new
computer so it did not have the benefit of acquiring the existing
tomtom data from the computer. I copied all the files I could find
from the tomtom (maps, postcodes, voices etc). However, when I try to
update it tells me to download what are apparently the same files as I
already have. Is it necessary to do this to get started or am I
missing something?

Sorry follow up already but do you need UK postcodes v603 as well as
v701?
