Anyone know what the manufacturers warranty is for the tomtom One v1?
Mine is no longer working and I rang TT who gave me a return code number
and the instructions to return the unit and charger with proof of
purchase.
I found my Argos receipt which was purchased on 23 Dec 2005, but
checking the TT web I can only find reference to a 2 year warranty for
the GO 510, 710 & 910. Will I be out of luck for a free repair?

Send it back and see. If you do need to pay, itll be infinitely
cheaper than buying a replacement.

Will do, nowt to lose but try. If its not covered and costs too much
then I suppose I could always see if Argos will do a deal as its only a
couple months out of guarantee.
