OK thanks.

Its just I am considering changing my original TomTom Go Classic soon and
I have 2 units in mind. One being the TomTom 910 and the other the Garmin
Nuvi 660 and I am just not sure which way to go so am looking at all
options. I have also read in a forum today that with the Nuvi there is not
the same level of routing options as with the TomTom (ie Fastest,
Shortest, Avoid Motorways etc) but I cant find a review to either back
this up or not yet. Anyway I will keep looking...

I am holding off buying the TMC unit for my TomTom 910 because at the moment
there seem to be problems with it. Read the various posts at

Yup, plenty of annoyed users on our site as well. All boils down to the
poor reception of ClassicFM over which iTIS TMC is broadcast. Some users
have resorted to soldering external antennas into the units which resolves
the issue but shouldnt be necessary!
