Hi

Has anyone had dealings with a company called GPS warehouse.

I purchased a garmin 76C from them on line about two weeks ago.

A few days later I went back to the website and the unit was sold out. I
checked by email with them as my credit card had been debited and they said
they had a back log of orders and I would be contacted when It was
dispatched ,understandable with such a good deal.

Anyone else bought one, had it delivered, I am just checking before I
recontact the company, as they say forewarned is forearmed.

I am not saying anything against the company, seems to offer good kit a good
prices.

Many thanks

I bought two of them a month or two ago. One personally when I called in and
another via internet order a few days later, (instant dispatch).

I also bought a Garmin emap four of five years ago. No problems.
It developed a glitch after a bit, but they did an immediate swap, again no
problems.

Paul.

Beginning to put my mind at rest,, I think they may have underestimated the
buying public and are franticly buying ever 76 Garmin have left .

Yes, Ive bought a lot of stuff from them over the past couple of years. I
only had one problem with a DOA Fortuna GPS and they swapped it for a new
one within 24 hours, and paid the postage both ways.

No complaints on either price or service.

Over the years I have bought about 10 items from GPS Warehouse and
have always been very pleased with their service - next day delivery
and excellent prices too. Normally they warn me if an item is out of
stock at the time I order.

I guess they just got caught a little short this time!

Hi

Thanks for all the positive feed back, you know what its like when you have
not dealt with a company before , that little worry in the back of your mind
:)

Seems like I found a good company with a good price. I know the GPSMAP76C
has been replaced with the cx but for Ł99. 00 no wonder they got swamped.

All I got to do now is wait for the unit then start posting on how it works,
as I have never had a GPS before and want it for my boat so I can wire it
into my DCS radio an fishfinder.

Many thanks

Bootneck.
