Im sick to death of my N70 losing bluetooth signal or locking up when
running TomTom so am contemplating an alternative phone... but what one ?

I was thinking about the Nokia 6680, purely because it will fit my Brodit
car holder but is it any more reliable or should I look at others first ?

Ive already tried ALL the suggestions on PGPSworld and upgraded the
firmware to v5 but no joy...

thanks

Various Windows smartphones are also compatible with TomTom.

Windows Smartphones seem to be the best options for multiple BT connections
etc. Oranges SPVc550 or whatever its called on other networks is a great
handset. Personally I use a Motorola SLVR and that has proved pretty
stable.

Ive just got the SPV M5000 (for nothing from Orange!) and am sourcing
TomTom for it at the best price - seems to be with TomTom direct at
the moment.

Brodit cradles available....

Whichever one you want..!

Why is it people are always asking here for other people to make their
minds up for them..? Decide what features you want in a phone and then buy
one that supports those features.

I think the person was after a phone that didnt have a lot of issues with
his usage patterns, with respect to bluetooth etc. Obvioulsy these questions
have been getting your goat up for a while mr.Ivory ;)
