In case some Tomtom One users are interested, these units do work fine with a
2gig card and even a 4gig card. So for those who have the Western Europe-Map
you can put the whole door to door street level Euro map onto the 2gig card and
it works fine. Basically giving one the same benefits as the TT 700. I notice
there is a slight delay incurred during searches obviously due to its large
size
as each search looks through every country, but is still faster than reading
from the micro-drive on my TT700 but I decided to also retain the
Great Britain-Map as well, purely because there is plenty of space, and as I
spend much of the year in the UK... just selecting the single GB map makes
searches instant.
