Anyone know how long it takes for reported cameras to be verified?

(posted rather than emailed directly as if Darren answers it may be useful
for everyone!)

The database isnt kept updated as the company might suggest as I still see
inaccurate data after 6 months. A payment is required to make money,
nothing else, I doubt anyone drives around checking the data. All info was
submitted FREE by the public until someone realised they could make money
from it and then tried saying people were not misled.
I wouldnt pay as all the data is FREE on P2P networks.

I very much doubt anyone claims that either.

Depending on when you file the report it takes between 4 - 6 weeks for the
confirmation. If yours is the first report of a fixed camera location
received then you will automatically receive an email at this point and have
your subscription upgraded to lifetime membership. Its worth clarifying
that this system is only available to current subscribers.

For the record, since launch we have awaded just over 100 lifetime
memberships to users reporting new fixed locations.

Its almost laughable that someone who moans about our integrity in one
breath is then happy to reveal hes a thief with the other!

Yes a large portion of the data was supplied by users, but it doesnt morph
into a compiled database, available in over a dozen formats by magic you
know!

If you see innacurate data then report it, but then thatd be too much
effort, much easier to moan instead I guess :(
